Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Veeva CRM expertise to lead implementation and enhancement initiatives across our Commercial and Sales functions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Veeva CRM solutions that support business objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, Marketing, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and change control processes.
- Facilitate requirement gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Ensure Veeva CRM configurations align with business goals and compliance requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.).
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3+ years in Veeva CRM.
- Proven experience managing life sciences CRM systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM components (Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, etc.).
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- PMP, Agile, or Veeva certifications are a plus.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience integrating Veeva CRM with other systems (Salesforce, ERP, MDM, etc.).
- Prior work in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with commercial operations and salesforce effectiveness processes.
