Reporting to the Weekend Enrichment Manager , this role involves providing front-desk and administrative support, delivering professional customer service to parents, assisting with class logistics, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the enrichment centre. It is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy engaging with families, working with children, and are looking for weekend part-time opportunities to supplement your income.


Mindspace by MindChamps is the only after-school care, weekend enrichment and Holiday programmes for primary school students that incorporate the proprietary MindChamps research evidence-based pedagogy on 3-Minds Approach (Champion mind, Learning mind, Creative mind) and revolutionary Optimal Flow Method. When used in tandem, the 3 Minds will allow our students to achieve the Champion Mindset and unlock their full potential.


Our MindSpace centre (Bidadari, The Woodleigh Mall) is actively looking for a passionate enrichment centre assistant. You will have the opportunity to grow with the business and be rewarded commensurately for your efforts.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in enquiries and respond to incoming phone calls, messages, and emails.
  • Assist in student placements, enrolments, class scheduling, and registration matters.
  • Process student registrations, fee payments, and issue receipts.
  • Follow up with customers via WhatsApp, phone, email
  • Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties.
  • Support teachers in classroom management, including preparing learning materials and ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • Supervise children within the centre and during transitions (e.g. washroom breaks).
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms before and after lessons.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Centre Enrichment Manager.


Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to follow through on administrative processes.
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant and confident personality.
  • Passionate about working with children in a learning environment.
  • A reliable team player with initiative and a willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in an enrichment or tuition centre is a strong advantage.


Working Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, from 8.30am to 7.00pm


Salary: $12 - $15 / hour
