Job Description
To maintain financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, managing accounts payable and receivables, overseeing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations, and preparing and filing tax returns.
Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management :Record all financial transactions, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting :Prepare and analyze financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements) and other financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting :Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring spending to ensure it stays within budget.
- Tax Compliance :Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Claims: Monitor service reports and delivery orders, submit monthly progree claims
- Accounts Management :Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, process invoices, and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Auditing :Coordinate with internal and external auditors, provide financial data, and resolve discrepancies found during audits.
- Financial Analysis :Analyze financial data, identify financial risks, and provide recommendations for cost savings and increased profits.
Requirements
- Education :A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and statements.
- Computer Proficiency : Proficiency with accounting software and other financial tools.
- Communication : Good communication skills to liaise with management, clients, and external auditors.
- Experience :Experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis is highly valued.
- Knowledge :In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
