Job Description – Admin & Compliance Executive
Position Overview
The Admin & Compliance Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while also ensuring the company complies with relevant regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle both administrative and compliance-related tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage office operations including procurement of office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
Handle documentation, filing systems (digital and physical), and correspondence.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain records of minutes.
Support HR functions such as leave management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee records upkeep.
Coordinate logistics for events, training, and company activities.
Compliance Duties
Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., MOM, IRAS, CPF, OSHA, Data Protection).
Maintain updated records of licenses, permits, and statutory submissions.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
Conduct internal compliance checks and audits to identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
Prepare compliance reports for management and external regulatory bodies as required.
Support workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative and/or compliance-related roles.
Good knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
