Major Responsibilities
- Business operations
- Support leadership team with calendar management/meeting scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, expense reporting etc.
- Facilitate and lead arrangements for operational review meetings such as insights calls, monthly LT meetings, quarterly townhalls etc.
- Coordinate and lead tracking of sales training for APAC team, work closely with APAC Commercial Excellence Team, APAC Marketing team, and Global/Other Areas
- Support training session logistics such as facilitation, arrangement, implementation, progress tracking of training sessions (e.g. sales skills, product training etc)
- Support the data collection and preparation for sales rep productivity monitoring and utilization with preliminary analysis, partnering closely with HR and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Support and take the lead, as appropriate, in logistics and supply chain related actions and communications to support the business, critical escalations, and partnership with the APAC Logistics team
- Business Presentation and Review Support
- Support leadership team with calendar management/meeting scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, expense reporting etc.
- Facilitate and lead arrangements for operational review meetings such as insights calls, monthly LT meetings, quarterly townhalls etc.
- Internal Communications
- Lead and implement communications from the APAC GM to broader APAC team, and support other related internal communications as necessary (e.g. Unsung Heros, Amplify Awards, key messaging in coordination with HR etc.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Arts/Science or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative/coordinator role, with experience working with team members across APAC region in an MNC
- Experienced in calendar management, travel arrangement/management, meeting arrangement, bookings etc.
- Project management experience
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, good negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- Experience in editing business content and materials preferred
- Strong working proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Basic proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other/additional languages spoken in Asia are an advantage.
