Asia Client Service is dedicated to delivering operational and functional support to the users of Azqore’s client banks. As the primary point of contact for our client entities, our team not only facilitates seamless communication but also ensures that each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service, making us a trusted partner that clients rely on.
The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:
- Reception, registration, classication & prioritization of clients’ requests and questions.
- Initial diagnosis, and follow through until resolution, while ensuring communication and engagement of the clients in the interim. Escalate, where necessary, to the next support level, using Azqore’s tools
- Coordinate actions between different support teams and stakeholders, both internal & external
- Contribute to process excellence and optimiastion, as well as knowledge management
- Host clients’ meetings
He/she will contribute and work closely with his/her team, to provide functional/technical expertise and solutions in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner, ensuring high efficiency & productivity.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional operational and functional support to client banks, with emphasis on maximizing client satisfaction, while striving to uphold the highest standards of efficiency and productvitiy
- As one of the main point of contacts for Asian client entities, act as the interface between clients and the Operations/ Technical expert team
• Manage the client service tickets, ensuring client service excellence through the provision of technical expertise and solutions, in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner
• Work closely with colleagues locally and abroad and share knowledge with new colleagues
• Constantly upgrade knowledge in Azqore’s key banking application, S2i, including its vision, objectives and culture - Participates to Azqore projects and initiatives relating to the function, engaging in ad-hoc projects, as assigned
- Proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements
🧙♂️ Your core competencies
- Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance/ IT
- At least 3 years' working experience with financial products (mainly Securities. FXMM & its derivatives are a plus) as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks related to the trade processing & settlement of these products.
- Banking transactions & settlements processing experience will be a strong advantage
- Strong grasp and knowledge of Banking IT tools
- Experience in Private Banking is a plus
- Stong communication and stakeholder management skills
