Requirements:
- Master Degree in Architecture (Part 2)
- Min. 3 years of project working experience in Singapore
- Experienced with entire project processes including authorities submission & site inspections
- Able to manage various project types independently
- Liaise and communicate closely with clients' reps, consultants & contractors
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Adobe Suite softwares
- Skills - project management, contract administration, design, & presentation
Job scopes:
- Independently ensure the achievement design intent whilst complying with various technical requirements from external bodies or, with regard to approved major architectural projects, through various project stages to its completion.
- Produce architectural drawings as directed by the Directors & as required for the project, in an effective, efficient & professional manner.
- Assist in the design presentation of architectural projects.
