- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering.
- Min. 10 years relevant experience in construction related industry.
- Able to work independently, carry out presentation/costing to management.
- Able to manage and lead team of project QS.
- Able to work closely with whole technical team and carry out management’s direction.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
- Able to carry out subcontract and contract administration.
- Interpret, review engineering documents such as specifications, drawings and scope of work.
- Taking off quantities and calling of quotations.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities, detail pricing breakdown, cost comparison and cost summary.
