The Assistant Customer Service Manager serves as the link between customers and the company, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing customer service operations, managing feedback and complaints, and driving initiatives to improve aftersales service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service activities, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Support the Aftersales team in achieving customer service goals, including survey participation, response times, and delivery commitments.
- Conduct and review Customer Experience Surveys (CEM), analyze results, and follow up with corrective actions.
- Manage customer complaints proactively, ensuring resolution with cost efficiency and compliance in mind.
- Work with the Service Manager to identify root causes of service issues and implement long-term improvements.
- Meet customers directly when needed to address concerns and strengthen relationships.
- Act as the single point of contact for multi-department complaints.
