- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, work passes, and performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and PDPA regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, implement HR policies, and address employee issues such as grievances, disciplinary cases, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts.
- Liaise with external IT vendors, POS and inventory system providers for troubleshooting, system enhancements, and ensure compliance with IT-related SOPs.
- Oversee general office administration, including facilities, vendors, insurance, security, and support day-to-day operational needs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR functions and office administration in Retail industry .
- Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws, HR regulations, and compliance practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HRIS platforms.
