About the Role:
We’re looking for an organised and energetic Assistant Manager to support our youth department. You’ll oversee curriculum planning, coordinate productions and events, and lead a team to deliver impactful arts programmes for young people from diverse backgrounds.
Location: Yishun | Working Hours: Tues–Sat, 9:30am–7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Programme & Team Management
- Oversee youth programme and day-to-day operations
- Supervise youth executives, volunteers, and student assistants
- Build positive relationships with youths and ensure a safe, inclusive space
- Handle vendor liaison, procurement, and admin support
Production & Events
- Coordinate performances, workshops, exhibitions, and rehearsals
- Work closely with instructors and creative teams for smooth show execution
- Manage production timelines and technical requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma in relevant field with 3–4 years of experience
- Background in event/production management (theatre, music, dance, or visual arts preferred)
- Familiar with stage/AV operations
- Strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills
- Passionate about the arts and youth development
