Position Overview:
The position requires the individual to ensure that all NeuGen programmes, initiative and events run smoothly throughout the year. The individual will need to laisie with different partners, vendors and stakeholder with regards to the different programmes and services. The individual will support the Department Head, to implement initiatives and develop programmes and services that are congruent with the organisation’s goals and the needs of the community.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of programmes, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to timelines.
2. Supervise and support staff in implementing programme activities effectively.
3. Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to a team of programme staff.
4. Foster a supportive team environment and provide on-the-ground guidance to new staff.
5. Enrol children and families timely in the programmes and services provided by NeuGen.
6. Work closely with partners and vendors in placing the children and families for the programmes.
7. Process payments and invoices for the programmes
8. Process incentives and allowance for the students
9. Network with current and potential partners to maintain partnerships
10. Planning and executing of events and activities such as workshops, birthday, festive celebration and days camps.
11. To support Department Head, to plan, design programme content, prepare and conduct the programme
12. To support Department Head, in collating of statistics and doing report writing
13. To support Department Head, in reviewing the alignment of programme to organisation’s objectives.
14. Apart from the above, the officer has to perform any other duties as assigned by his superiors for the purpose of fulfilling organisational needs.rolling children and families in the programmes and services provided by NeuGen.
Supervision Received:
Supervision is provided by the reporting supervisor. Position requires ability to perform with minimal supervision.
Supervision Exercised:
Staff in the programme department will report to this individual.

- Good team player and have strong problem solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and juggle priorities
- Ability to work with tight deadline and is strong with follow up.
