Job responsibilities:
- Timely prepare monthly schedule for ground staff
- Safekeep and in charge of petty cash, and vehicles matter
- Work closely with all departments
- Administer the Customer Service Team, assist the team in phone manning and managing
- Administer the Operations Team and ensuring that company policies and processes are properly conveyed to them
- Assisting the Human Resources Team in the employment of talents
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma in Tourism or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in service or hospitality sector
- Strong Leadership skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task
- Meticulous and detailed
- Well-organized
- Good coordinating skills
- Able to work in a face paced environment
- Strong team player, patient and able to provide guidance to large team of staff.
