Responsibilities :
- Assist in supervising daily production activities .
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time.
- Monitor and support machine operation and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Help manage raw materials inventory .
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely availability of materials.
- Keep records of stock usage and report shortages.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to food safety standards .
- Assist in scheduling shifts and assigning tasks to production workers.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Operations Supervisor.
- Help train new staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and equipment use.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on production output, downtimes, and material usage. Submit weekly reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager.
Requirement :
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory or operations software)
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
