We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our producer in both pre-production and post-production tasks. The ideal candidate should have a background in Media or Mass Communication and a passion for content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the producer throughout all stages of production, including planning, scheduling, and post-editing processes
- Perform editing using Jianying, or other editing software
- Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate daily production activities, including liaising with editors and crew
- Communicate effectively with both the internal production team and external clients to ensure all creative outputs meet expectations
- Utilize editing tools such as CapCut and other video editing software to assist with basic editing tasks when needed
- Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Work proactively as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to facilitate communication with clients and collaborators
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Experience with video editing tools is a strong advantage
