About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant in the financial services industry. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong communication skills. You will be a trusted right hand, helping manage day-to-day tasks, client communications, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for clients: answering calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings
- Maintain and organize confidential financial records and client documentation
- Assist with preparation of reports & presentations
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently
Qualifications:
- At least a full certificate in GCE “A” Level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Background or understanding of financial services is a plus
