Detailed Job Description
Research and Support to Pastors
- Support pastors by gathering and organising their input into coherent documents and resources
- Support key pastoral initiatives in RHC with theological, cultural, and organisational insights
- Create presentations and visual materials that communicate vision, ideas and initiatives
Manage the Calendar
- Keep the Assistant Lead Pastor and Congregation Leads focused by managing schedules with wisdom and priority
- Organising pastoral retreats, staff huddles, and events that build community and cohesion
Support People and Projects
- Welcome and assist visiting guest speakers and pastors with their itinerary to ensure they are well taken care of
- Help plan and execute programs that strengthen our church family and the staff team
- Provide behind-the-scenes support for pastoral initiatives with the aim to build, learn and grow together
Keep Us Running Smoothly
- Assist with claims, leave management, and key administrative workflows
- Handle correspondence with discretion and grace
- Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks
