Business Development and Strategy Associate, APAC
This is a great job for someone with experience supporting an APAC Distribution sales team across strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, event planning, and handling technical product queries.
A bit about the job:
We are looking for a Business Development & Strategy Associate to join our APAC Distribution team in Singapore. In this role, you will support a wide range of business development and strategic initiatives, reporting directly to the Business Development & Strategy Manager. You will act as a key liaison between sales and internal departments, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of requirements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating regulatory submissions, managing logistics for client roadshows and events, and serving as a central point of contact for technical queries related to investment products, fund structures, and sustainability matters. This is a varied and interesting role that requires strong multitasking skills and a proactive approach to navigating diverse business challenges. You will be joining a team focused on building and managing relationships across the region, with a shared goal of raising assets and driving growth.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of the APAC Distribution landscape and public markets, with exposure to private markets considered an advantage
- Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyse client, market, and regulatory trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in lead generation and sales management tools
- Demonstrated interest in investment strategy and product development within a global context
