Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager , you'll drive sustainable growth across our portfolio by developing and executing commercial strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding into new markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Pursue Opportunities
Scout for new business avenues—whether new brand concepts, corporate catering, events, or collaborations—and pitch them effectively. - Partnership Strategy & Execution
Negotiate and close partnerships with suppliers, delivery platforms, and corporate clients to maximize revenue. - Market Analysis
Conduct competitive and consumer trend analysis in the F&B landscape to inform expansion and pricing strategies. - Financial Planning
Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, ROI assessment, and performance tracking. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with operations, marketing, culinary teams, and brand leads to ensure alignment and project execution. - Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders—from landlords and suppliers to strategic partners—to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years in business development, sales, or strategy, ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record with tangible revenue growth and partnership deals
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive approach with strong ownership
- Passion for food, hospitality, and brand storytelling
