Job Details including but not limited to:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all cleaning management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Conduct training for staff in SOP and service standards
- Ensuring the team is carrying out the proper SOP as defined by the company
- Conduct interviews and source candidates from Thai & Myanmar
- Manage Household Service Scheme and handle staff issues
- Assist growth of the company and expand the company by looking for more cleaning businesses in Singapore
- Serves customers by providing product and service questions and suggesting information
- Attracts potential customers by answering questions and suggesting information
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Prepare reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Analyse sales data and increase the company’s sales profit
- Provide strategies and estimates for company
- Work actively to manage both internal and external relationships
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree and above in any discipline
- Must be multi-lingual
- Must understand Myanmar & Thai culture
- High level of leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Broad knowledge and understanding of the principles, practices and procedures of customer service
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
