A family medicine clinic in Novena seeking permanent full-time clinic assistant.
Responsibilities include
- patient registration & scheduling of appointments, payment collections, corporate and insurance claims
- Assist doctors during consultation
- Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency, including inventory related matters
- Attend to telephone/email/whatsapp enquiries
- Filling and maintaining proper documentation
- Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties
Job Type:
Permanent Full-time, including Saturday mornings (working hours Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (staggered shifts), and Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm).
Salary: negotiable, $2000 - $2,300.00 per month depending on education, experience and skills
