Job Description & Requirements
- Managing tenders
- Negotiating contracts.
- In-charge contractual claim and monthly progress claim.
- Manage costing and budgeting for all building works and maintain cost within budget.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Construction.
- At least 5 years of working experience in quantity taking off and measurement.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
