Are you organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy supporting logistics operations behind the scenes? Toll Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team! This role is vital in ensuring smooth order processing and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely support
- Manage order processing with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and issue invoices
- Liaise with freight forwarders for both import and export shipments
- Process miscellaneous warehouse orders as needed
- SAP / WMS experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
