We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant (Client Support) to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide both administrative and client service support — helping our team stay organised while ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and professional experience. Scope of Work
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Coordinate follow-ups to ensure client requests are addressed promptly
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with event or project coordination when required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
