Job Responsibilities
- Planning logistic fleet operation for Taxi & PHC hiring of vehicles.
- Manage a team in daily operational needs. (Eg Daily Allocation and Driver Management)
- Generating, preparing and analyzing reports for reporting and sharing information within internal stakeholder
- Forecast planning for fleet optimization.
- Plan and propose initiative programs for exiting drivers to enhance their driving journey within the organization.
- Liaise with Authority on Fleet Operations data
- Improving process and managing data to provide analysis.
- Any ad hoc duties assign in operations daily matters.
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma.
- Experience in leadership and customer service is a plus
- IT Savvy with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good writing, communication and analytical skills
- Problem solving mindset
