Responsibilities:
- Establish and support ground handling requirements and flight services.
- Coordinate and liaise with international vendors and clients on flight schedules and services.
- Supervise flight operations.
- Provide administrative support to flight crews and operators.
- Flight following.
- Preparation of flight reports & related duties.
- Provide other operational support and duties as assigned.
Requirements: -
- Preferably with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Flight Operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint) and Flight Planning software.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good sense of urgency and works independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Mature, extrovert and pleasant disposition, initiative and self-motivated with ability to communicate with multi-cultures and nationalities clients and suppliers.
- Able to work on irregular and long working hours, rotating shifts (24 hours operations), even on weekends and public holidays.
