Job Summary:
HBA is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as our Group Marketing Co-ordinator.
In this role, you are responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading daily marketing activities and special projects, from ideation through to completion. This is a fast-moving entry role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders across the business, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Marketing Co-ordinators are the key producers of materials that drive HBA marketing and business development efforts across its brands and services. They work closely within the team to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
All HBA marketers should be excellent communicators, proactive problem solvers, and team players at a level appropriate to their experience. You must be committed to delivering excellent client service, work well under pressure, and have a positive, “can-do” attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of HBA’s portfolio of work and global capabilities to support the efforts of the team and the success in the delivery of marketing projects each year.
- Work with HBA partners, principals, and other team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral aligned with brand standards. Develop new materials to support business development activities, as directed.
- Support content calendars in collaboration with Group Marketing Specialists and HBA brands. Assist the team to drive the day-to-day marketing and brand activations from supporting social media strategy to managing and creating content on our owned channels, i.e., HBA.com
- As directed, maintain HBA resources & information systems: updating project documentation and image library, as required
- Support the management of the client database, ensuring data integrity and security in line with local personal data privacy regulations.
- Coordinate and support events and video/photo shoots, as required
- As directed, continuously seek to improve marketing by capturing and analysing the data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Support the creation of any monthly marketing reporting, tracking, and analysis.
- Coordinate other responsibilities, such as administrative and finance tasks, and deliver in a timely manner, as directed
- From time to time, support Group Marketing on new global initiatives for the business.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a marketing position with a design, property, or professional services firm or equivalent
- Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
- Ability to lead marketing conversations confidently and strategically, and collaborate closely with leadership on strategy and storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Fluent in English, and preferably Mandarin, oral and written

- Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.
- Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment.
- The ability to maintain and foster positive team and co-worker relationships.
- Strong graphic communication and design skills
