• HR Spectrum & Duties
• Monitoring of worker's timesheet and leaves approval
• Monitor & process all work passes new applications and renewals
• Generate Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
• Liaising with dormitory vendors on booking of dormitories
• Manage the medical claim and work injury records and others that are relevant
• Onboarding and off-boarding process
• Maintain & update the HR system and P- File of employees
• Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, and registration of courses
• Company vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and other insurances related to HR
• MOM surveys and OED updates
• Other administrative duties as and when required
