- HR Spectrum & Duties
- Monitoring of worker's timesheet and leaves approval
- Monitor & process all work passes new applications and renewals
- Generate Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
- Liaising with dormitory vendors on booking of dormitories
- Manage the medical claim and work injury records and others that are relevant
- Onboarding and off-boarding process
- Maintain & update the HR system and P- File of employees
- Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, and registration of courses
- Company vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and other insurances related to HR
- MOM surveys and OED updates
- Other administrative duties as and when required
