They are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our creative and innovative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles (game design, art, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in tech, gaming, or creative industries.
- Proven ability to source and recruit for diverse technical and non-technical roles. Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts
