As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and build a strong, motivated, and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with company objectives and the education sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to attract and retain top talent.
- Support a multicultural workforce with initiatives that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and growth.
- Oversee performance management and employee relations, ensuring a positive and professional workplace.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and industry-specific standards.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to management, advising on workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in HR, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-growing organization.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) is an advantage.
