Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve basic network issues to ensure system availability and connectivity.
- To maintain and update inventory for all IT equipment and software purchased under various projects and HQ.
- To provide day-to-day IT technical support to all project sites and HQ.
- Liaise with Internet Service Providers and other IT service providers for support and issue resolutions.
- Prepare, set up and configure IT equipment for new staff.
- Administer user email accounts and manage software licensing allocation.
- Any other duties that assigned by a superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in IT related field.
- Experience with Nas/network camera set-up, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices for end-users
- Strong organization and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
