What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Learn & Lead – Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers.
✅ Source Top Talent – Hunt for candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
✅ Screen & Assess – Identify the best candidates and conduct qualification interviews.
✅ Negotiate & Close – Support candidates through salary discussions and job offers.
✅ Ensure Smooth Onboarding – Help new hires transition seamlessly into their roles.
✅ Track & Report – Stay organized and keep hiring managers updated on recruitment activity.
What You Bring
Education: ITE or Diploma
Experience: 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT experience is a plus!)
Skills:
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Solid negotiation abilities
- Goal-driven and able to perform under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
