Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced English<>Japanese Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreter in Singapore to support our project with high-quality interpretation services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Japanese and English, with proven experience in simultaneous interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and clear simultaneous and consecutive interpretation between English and Japanese
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality at all times
• Prepare in advance for assignments by reviewing relevant materials or terminology
• Collaborate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful communication

Requirements:

• High fluency in English & Japanese (spoken and written)
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a professional Simultaneous Interpreter
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a professional Consecutive Interpreter
• Located in Singapore
• If a non-native must have JLPT N1 Level
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to remain neutral and professional, especially in sensitive or confidential situations
• Relevant certification or degree in interpretation or a related field is a plus
