Job Responsibilities
- Receive and verify documents
- Check customer shipping requirements and transport mode
- Create sales orders and issue billing in ERP system with proper documents
- Update records in Excel and share details with operations team
- Match packing documents with Shipment Management System (SMS)
- Handle ERP tasks such as purchase requests, receipts, and stock transfers
- Validate and update weekly/monthly cycle counts in ERP system
- Communicate with customers via email, Teams, or phone to meet requirements
- Coordinate with different teams to fulfill customer orders Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors/managers
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Comfortable to do OT , including weekends and PH.
