Job Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry to support system updates and maintain confidentiality
- Handle administrative tasks related to PO, DO, and invoice coordination
- Organize and manage proper documentation, including sorting, filing, and archiving
- Track and validate service provider invoices
- Support day-to-day clerical duties in the logistics office
- Process inbound/outbound transactions, generate picklist using SAP
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, billing, and other ad hoc logistics tasks
Job Specifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Familiar with inventory coordination and document handling
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm
