Job description:
Social Media Management:
Oversee the development and execution of social media strategies across all platforms. Create engaging content across various formats, manage community interactions, and measure performance to optimise results.Content Creation and Curation:
- Generate high-quality written content, including blog posts, social media posts e.g. weekly AMAs, X threads, email campaigns, to showcase thought leadership and promote the Singapore Fintech Festival.
- Create and edit compelling short-form video content for IG Reels, YT and TikTok, including:
- Conceptualizing creative video ideas that align with current trends
- Selecting and editing appropriate soundbites and music
- Adding effects, text overlays, and transitions
- Ensuring optimal formatting for each platform
- Write engaging, platform-optimized captions and copy that drive engagement
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms while adapting content format for platform-specific best practices
EDMs for Event Promotions:
- Craft compelling promotional EDMs across marketing campaigns for the Singapore FinTech Festival.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation:
- Track social media and content performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics across all platforms (engagement rates, reach, follower growth)
- Analyze content performance to identify successful formats and topics
- Provide regular reports on social media metrics and growth Make data-driven recommendations for content optimisation
Ad-Hoc Content Marketing Duties
- Manage video uploads, landing page creation and optimization on GFTN website
- Optimise video metadata, titles, and descriptions for SEO Managing speaker interviews and aligning outreach with campaign rollout
