Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade solutions for clients using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise, particularly in the Sales, Customer Service , and Marketing modules, and be adept at engaging stakeholders, translating business needs into functional designs, and configuring systems using best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop solution designs.
- Translate business processes into functional specifications.
- Design solutions using Dynamics 365 CE out-of-the-box features and codeless extensibility.
- Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) based on documented requirements.
- Ensure alignment with business processes and compliance with best practices.
- Support testing phases including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify and resolve configuration issues and ensure solution quality.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Use methodologies such as Microsoft Sure Step or equivalent.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform , including Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI .
- Experience with multi-language deployments and industry-specific implementations (e.g., Banking, Finance).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) , data migration, and integration strategies.
- Proficiency in creating solution artifacts such as ERDs, wireframes/mock-ups , and user stories.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in agile or waterfall environments.
