Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver network technical services to new and current customers
- Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts / Value to customers
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
- Troubleshoot and support customer faults on network and network security equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in network implementation and support
- Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good foundation of information technology trends and developments
- Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
