• Assist Operation Manager for daily schedule planning
• Assist in the day to day vessel and bunker operations
• Liaise with passengers, vessel crews, shipping agents and terminal operators
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• To maintain awareness of market trends in the industry.
• Working closely with HSE & Fleet department.
• Assist HSE & Fleet department in terms of defects reporting.
• Assist to ensure vessel cleanliness, crews take safety measures and raise awareness of what should not happen.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm and maintain bunker control.
• Courteous interaction with passengers, supervisors and vessel crews.
• Able to work on Weekend, Sunday and Public Holiday, and willing to work overtime.
• Assist in other ad-hoc operational duties where required.
