RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with daily sales orders, including order submissions, report generation, etc
- Manage daily billing reconciliation and invoice compliance
- Manage ad hoc operational tasks such as stationery, filing, facilities, food
- Manage ad hoc new product listings
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be familiar with Excel spreadsheets, online softwares and data management
- Be respectful of time, i.e. deadlines, timelines, punctuality, etc
- Be meticulous with details
- Able to thrive and grow in a fast paced start up environment
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Able to work and communicate effectively with co-workers
- A positive and cheerful personality would go a long way
- Experience in e-commerce or pet supplies is a plus
