Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve high quality assurance (QA) of all products.
- Manage QA system with specifications and procedures.
- Feedback on quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage quality claim and its root cause analysis.
- Compile reports of complaints and feedback for reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc coordination pertaining to operations/ warehouse operation. Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.
Minimum Requirements
- GCE "A" Level or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Strong communication skill.
- Good leadership.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team. 5.5 Days Work Week.
