Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Admin Assistant Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Kaki Bukit & Bedok North ) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers at the counter that include students, teachers, parents and
vendors
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls and record messages
- Perform simple filing and sorting of resources such as newsletters
- Provide simple first-aid to injured/unwell students and record cases in the school log
- Check on goods delivered and distribute to staff
- Any other duties assigned by VP(Admin) and the AMs /AE
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’/’O’ level qualifications or its equivalent
- One (1) year working experience in general administration, preferably in a school setting
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good organizational, administrative and customer service skills.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1-hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
