Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory
- 4 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 6 years of experience in construction & renovation works

- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay ahead of things while meeting deadlines in a moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders from different markets and regions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and refinement of country-level market diagnostics, identifying hotspots, growth opportunities and escalation paths. Contribute to quarterly regional reports, providing insights on risks and cross-functional action plans.
- Conduct data analysis to understand viewership patterns and growth metrics. Translate data into recommendations for partners and develop local narratives for annual and mid-year country reviews in collaboration with country leads.
