Job description
Sales, Service / Direct Sales Co-ordinator
- Responsible to monitor and update Order Direct / Service Sales Schedule.
- Feedback Order Direct Sales Schedule (ODSS) report on every Monday.
- Prepare draft suppliers purchase order.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, customers, sales engineers & courier services for order acknowledgement, delivery schedule and arrangement based on Order Direct / Service Sales Schedule.
- Photo taking and physical inspection upon receipt of delivery from supplier (Coordinate with Material Officer).
- Coordinate the approval of payment for PO with SIC and submit to Accounts Department.
- Prepare packing list and label for customers’ goods.
- Prepare of draft DO/INV/PFIV.
- Scan and backup all deliver documents in server.
- Circulate quotations & orders secured with supporting documents to engineer in charge.
- Ensure delivery documents are compiled and returned with essential acknowledgement such as vessel stamp and export permit, for filing.
- Support sales department in preparing sales documents for quotation submission.
