Responsibilities :
- Answer enquiries to customers by telephone call / text or email.
- Telemarketing - conduct outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.
- Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order & account status.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent.
- With 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in telemarketing, sales & customer service is required.
- Proactive and positive working attitude.
- Meticulous with good organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- 5.5 days - Alternate Saturday.
