Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
- Build and manage APIs, connectors, workflows, and real-time/batch integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, and SaaS systems.
- Oversee data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, frameworks, and best practices .
- Develop and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and integration team members.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Document solution architectures, workflows, and support procedures for enterprise use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .
- 5+ years of experience in Dell Boomi integration development , with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
- Expertise in Boomi components: Atoms, Molecules, APIs, Connectors, and Process Reporting .
- Strong proficiency with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API management .
- Proven experience integrating multiple enterprise systems ( ERP, CRM, HRIS, SaaS, cloud applications ).
- Solid understanding of integration security, governance, and performance optimization .
