Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (proficient in English and Mandarin), personable, confident Studio Sales Assistant to lead our in-store customer experience. This part-time role is all about sales—welcoming walk-in customers, guiding them through our frame and retail selections, responding to inquiries, and ensuring every interaction reflects our playful yet professional brand. You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers make decisions, placing orders, and feeling great about their purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Guide clients through frame customisation, printing, delivery, and installation options
- Confidently recommend products and services to meet customer needs and upsell where appropriate
- Offer basic design advice to help customers visualise their choices (no advanced art skills required) Maintain a visually inviting retail space that encourages browsing and buying
2. Sales Communication & Quotation Handling:
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding quotations, product options, and general questions
- Communicate pricing and service details clearly and persuasively Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales and build relationships
3. Order Coordination & Admin Support:
- Issue invoices and update order statuses accurately
- Receive supplier orders and upload expenses
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handovers and continuity across shifts Track customer orders and ensure timely updates and follow-through
4. Quality Assurance & Order Fulfilment:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished frames to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Pack and prepare frames with care and efficiency. Address and resolve any customer concerns related to orders or services.
