Position Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient and business-savvy Solution Architect to support our Business Development team in delivering cybersecurity solutions to partners and end users. This role involves presales consultancy, proposal development, Proof-of-Concept (POC) execution, and deployment support across a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Business Development Managers in partner and end-user engagements by providing technical consultancy and solution mapping.
- Design and architect cybersecurity solutions tailored to customer requirements and infrastructure.
- Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and live demonstrations.
- Lead and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), including setup, testing, and evaluation reporting.
- Prepare technical proposals, compliance matrices, and solution documentation.
- Provide end-to-end support for deployment planning and post-sales technical guidance.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal product teams to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies and industry trends.
- Support Business Development Manager in deal closure
- Undertake any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned to support business and operational needs.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solution architecture, or technical consultancy.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, identity management, and cloud security.
· Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
· Familiarity with government and enterprise procurement processes.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, vendor-specific credentials) are a plus.
- Experience with vendor technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Trend Micro, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
