1] General Manager is responsible for the branch’s performance and internal control of its obligations under MAS and the HO guideline
2] At least 4 years in Head Office with strategy planning experience regarding Overseas Branches outside of home country
3] At least 7 years of overseas working experience in Asia, outside of Singapore
4] At least 20 years of Banking experience, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Branch General Manager
5] Strong knowledge of banking regulations in Taiwan and Singapore
6] Ensure the Branch has implemented effective internal controls, risk management policy and compliance arrangements (e.g. MAS) and the effectiveness of risk management activities carried out on all material internal and external risks
7] Provide leadership and management to the Branch and coordinate the development and maintenance of the Branch’s Business and Strategic Plans
8] Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and regulations
